D : Defense:
Defense is the most important aspect of soccer. Defenders have 3 main duties to prevent being scored on: Stay goal side of their check, never cross the ball infront of their own net, and mark tightly on check.
E : Energy:
Energy is just as important as attitude. In order to survive 90 minute (Two 45 minute halves) one must be energetic and willing to run.
F : Forward:
The goal of forwards is not only to score goals. Forwards must be willing to run back to "post-up" and help out mid-fielder and defenders.
G : Goalie :
The goalie is usually the least favorite position of many people. However it is a very important position that requires lots of flexability and vertical jumping abilities.
H : Heading:
Heading is a helpful skill that can help a player win 50/50 balls, score goals or even clear the ball out of troublesome situations.
I : Injuries:
Injuries are a serious problem in many sports, so caring for them properly is essential. For many injuries only rest and relaxation is needed but for others a visit to doctors and physiotherapists are required. A visit to physio can be the saviour to a player and so all recommended stretches should be done in order to decrease injury time
J : Jerseys:

K : Kicking:
Kicking, the main required skill in soccer. When passing one is to use the inside of the foot, however for higher skills use of the outside foot may be used. When shooting the top of the foot is the best area for power, however sometime this requires lots of practice for accuracy.
L : Lines:
The soccer field is a rectangle shape in which the ball is not allowed to leave, if it is kicked out a throw-in is required. There is a 6-yard box and an 18-yard box use mainly by the goalie. The importance and use of these lines are ruled by linesmen.
M : Mid-Field :
Mid-fielders play in the center of the field (hence the name)
