Teamwork is essential for almost all teams, and there is no I in team so remember that you are not the only one on the team so you should never be alone or leave a teammate alone in a troublesome situation.
O : Offence :
In order to win games a team must play strong offence to score goals.
P : Post-up :
Posting up is a fundamental play that forwards must do. This requires forwards to face their goalie and ask for the ball from a player as they run toward it, and then past it off to an open player.
Q : Quarterback :
There is no quarterback in this Football!
R : Referee:
Referees judge the game for fair play and general rules including, hand balls, offsides, and fouls which can lead to red and yellow cards.
S : Stretch :
Stretching is a very essential part of warm-up. Stretching should be preformed before and after a light run and again after everygame.
T : Throw ins:
Throw-in's occur after the ball has gone out of bound. A player from the opposite team that kicked it out, gets to throw the ball in. The player throws the ball in over their head keeping both feet on the ground.
Water is vital for high endurance in soccer. Soccer is a summer sport played outside and if you are dehydrated you will not have the energy required to play. You may also become very sick, so be sure to drink lots of water during the day before a game as well as after and throughout.

Y : Yellow Card:
Yellow card are given out for certain minor fouls, such as tripping. Two Yellow card equal one Red card which will cause you to be ejected out of the game---so keep your temper undercontrol and listen to the referee.
